By using the WaifuChat app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App. WaifuChat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. WaifuChat may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the App to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WaifuChat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices you own or control.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
a. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas of the App. b. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App. c. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App. d. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines. e. Engage in any abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful behavior toward other users or chatbots within the App. f. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions for additional features or content. All purchases are final and non-refundable. WaifuChat may change the pricing for in-app purchases and subscriptions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon your next purchase or renewal.
WaifuChat collects your email, app activity, and anonymized messages for product improvement purposes. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
WaifuChat reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the App and remove your account for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States. The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
